Over the past few years my paintings have raised thousands of dollars For R.O.A.R  Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue. My dapper Dogs and Classy Cats have also raised money for The Newtown Pound,  Animals for Life and other shelters. In 1995 an auction was held at the Aldrich Museum Of Contemporary Art in Ridgefield Connecticut and my painting titled “Aarf”set a  record price for its category. The entire amount was donated to ROAR. 

I DONATE 20% of all Dapper Dog and Classy Cat paintings and prints sold on my website to the shelter of the purchaser’s choice.  My goal is to make adopting a pet a positive, joyous experience.I use bright colors to emphasize JOY . There is no guilt or sympathy in my art work. A pet brings good feelings into a home and that’s what  I WANT MY ART TO DO.
